Butter Chicken Seasoning
Try our multi-layered one-step seasoning and get ready to taste a full-flavored Butter Chicken or Makhan Murg! Be cautious about who gets to taste it, because you may be unintentionally poaching customers from that restaurant you used to visit!
Apply to chicken liberally and sauté in a large bottom pot with a super generous pat of butter (optional: add 1-2 tbsp tomato paste). Add some more seasoning to the pot along with a small quantity of vegetable or chicken stock (2 tbsp per cup of liquid) - or simply use the natural broth from the chicken you are cooking, and let simmer until thick (approx 30 mins). Uncover and add fresh cooking cream (15%) for extra richness, bring to boil for 1 min, turn off heat and serve with a side of basmati rice or naan bread.
